That function works very well to disable Expose. I've used it in my app for a few years now. It will also disable things like Command-Tab (to switch to other apps).

But, Spaces is still enabled. I think I'll file a bug on this. After all, Command-Tab is disabled, yet Spaces can be invoked to allow the user to switch to other apps.
