And, I've been looking at the configuration lines for the test package maker,

I'm changing it so that we have a separate policy line for each Major/Minor
redirection. (So to redirect 1.0.0.0 - 1.1.65535.65535, we need two lines (1
for 1.0.* and 1 for 1.1.* )

I've pushed the changes to coapp-testpackagemaker on Launchpad.

Can you regenerate the test MSIs with the new policies and the new bootstrap?

Subject: [Coapp-developers] Updated coapp-bootstrap

Hey Eric,

I've updated the coapp-bootstrap binary for the MSIs
http://coapp.org/custom/coapp-boostrap.zip

This version actually works on XP ... Rafael & I debugged many bugs in this
one. :D

I'm making the changes to support better policies in coapp-testpackagemaker
right now.
