I got the CoApp engine bootstrapper module working.... Well, it'd work better if the real coapp-engine.msi was available, but other than that, it's functional.
I've got a bit of code cleanup to do yet, but less than a days' worth. I'll commit the code right as soon as I do that. This is really good news; Test MSIs that we make can be built to correctly bootstrap the engine.
