But that isn't relevant to the question of 'who cares about the license?' Yes - I meant that 99.9% of the time, we are worried about informing the developer that the license that applies to their dependencies would trigger either copyleft of that dependency, or copyleft of the entire work they create on top of that dependency. Users generally won't care, provided they are able to install and use the things.
