I believe it forms a constant freezing azeotrope at or about the 50-50 mixture

I never knew the pink stuff would freeze (but not expand). I’ve used it for a
decade to winterize my boat and travel trailer, and never had a problem. My
boat is out of the water Oct. 31 through April 1 every year in subzero
temperatures every winter.
One time I blew out the lines in my travel trailer, instead of sucking the pink
stuff through them. There were some nylon plumbing parts deep inside the
toilet valve and kitchen sink faucet that froze and cracked. Moral: sucking
pink stuff through is more reliable than blowing water out.

It says something on the bottle like it may not expand like water ice but it
might not be liquid. I hope it is working on the boat, I have the cabin heat on
but this is colder weather than we have had since maybe 25-30 years ago and it
is worth your life to try and walk on our ice-covered docks.
