Or you can try painting the leech - Easy for me to say, as I haven't tried
it yet, but in past discussions here, I believe it was brought up that
North charges more for a painted leech than a sewn on one, which seems
surprising.  I am getting closer to my own experiment with the Hamilton
Marine Lobster Buoy paint, I finally bought some, and am going to try it on
some things.
