Exploring Korbey's suggestion:
a Blue Sea 3 way 120v 30amp switch = $160. 
A 2000 watt inverter costs $200, 
two 200watt solar panels cost $400
Mounting panels cost????
Wiring to go between these cost $100
Battleborn Lithium battery cost  $925
 
Total cost $1785
