Intriguing challenge. Wonder who made the original. Hopefully it wasn't a
custom piece.

Just for fun I've been searching the internet. Not much success. Doesn't
mean you can't find a match.

If you need to custom make one, there are avenues. I found several places
that will custom machine bronze. It would help to have a CNC CAD drawing
of the part. Another challenge given its deterioration.

Where exactly is the boat? I saw several locations of a vendor called S&B
which advertises CNC machining for bronze.

Then there's the issue of sourcing the optimum alloy of bronze.

In my search, I found this really neat video of a craftsman casting a
bronze pintle and gudgeon set. Much smaller but interesting process.

Good luck. Please let us know what happens.
