I borrowed a little steam cleaner and used it on the non-skid cabin sole. The 
boat hasn’t looked this clean since the 1980s! It got dirt and grime out of the 
little cracks that nothing else seems to touch. It is a little labor intensive, 
if you just steam the dirty water will eventually deposit the dirt back again, 
you have to steam and then clean right after. For the head I got the dock hose 
and squirted everything after steaming.

It also worked great on the tubs at home, once my wife saw what I was doing 
there was no escaping taking it home……..

 

* another cleaning idea: tea tree oil is great, but $$$ at the marine stores. 
Trader Joe’s sells it for $6/bottle 😊
