Unless I’m very mistaken, The Toronto ‘lofts’ at are in name only.  Not sure 
about others in the country.  They are typically agents for Sails made 
elsewhere nowadays, (I think UK pioneered this model?) who still do mods and 
repairs.
Evolution was the last scratch builder here, who closed their loft and the 
franchise is now held by one of the employees - doing repairs and selling sails 
made elsewhere.   Doesn’t seem fully engaged tbh.

If there are lofts in other parts of Canada that make sails from scratch - 
that’s encouraging, but I’d expect many are agents.  

Tough way to make a living here.
