Just looking at the Kingstown Yacht Club, looks pretty tiny. Plus, due to logistics, Unless you are already on Lake Ontario, probably not realistic.

Seven hour drive for me, so I will definitely try to make it by car. I've enjoyed previous rendezvous' and hope this gets organized, scheduled and is well attended. Would be happy to crew on someone else's C&C. We are undecided about making our boat a powerboat or just buying a powerboat. The Montreal way avoids unrigging the boat but is obviously a lot longer. Joe, Just idle speculation but it's about 400 mi one way from New York Harbor to Kingston via the Hudson River/Erie & Oswego Canals and crossing Lake Ontario, so add the 300 mi or so one way from the Chesapeake to NYC you are talking over a 1,200 mi round trip, but you don't have to go past Montreal. I've done trips on the Hudson and Canals a few times (by powerboat), it's beautiful but kind of slow with the locks and of course on a sailboat the 15' overhead limit requires unstepping the mast before Albany. So while I'd be interested in a Kingston rendezvous, I think car is my preferred travel mode (not having the fly option....)
