I too can adapt to whatever. However, this would be my preferred functionality:
A list that shows the name and email of the of the person who sent it in the from line since that makes it easy to do off list communication. Then put “[Stus-List]“ at the beginning of the subject for easy sorting. Also set the the reply-to email to be the list email so that the default reply is back to the entire list.
