Great idea. Make it look and sail like a Beneteau, Catalina or Hunter and it may sell. Lots of amenities; hot water, air conditioning, BIG cockpit, cockpit table, lots of beam with a huge cabin, in the mast roller furler mainsail, 2 heads, ICW seats on the stern pulpit rails, premium sound system, TV, etc.
