Wise choice in these uncertain times as far as COVID.
Could a consideration be made to keep the date but have a virtual 2 hour call with the prospective parties? People could attend, have a good picture of the boat and a few others to possibly share if the mood suits?
This way the rendezvous actually happens but in a virtual setting?

As I recall I was able to successfully eliminate the squeal by removing the
spacer plate in my 22ST. I'll investigate again.
