I am in the process of redoing my plexiglass ports, it’s the second boat I have done and the second time was way easier. If you are trying to remove the glass, try a small thin flexible scraper wherever the glass is loose and separate the glass from the plexus epoxy by pulling the scraper around the outside (from the outside). If you are trying to remove the epoxy, try heating the plexus with a heat gun until it starts to brown and bubble a bit and use a stiff sharp scraper, 95% will come off without damaging the gel coat underneath. After that a small triangle shaped sander will get the rest of the old glue off. Len Mitchell Crazy Legs C&C37+ Midland On.
