I have been looking after seeing all this Dave, and it looks like the suction cup one is A Davis. West has a YouTube video on it, but cannot find it on their site. Also, there is a whistler, https://www.westmarine.com/buy/ocean-accessories--fuel-fill-warning-whistle- -9396706 and a gurgler, https://www.westmarine.com/buy/attwood--fuel-vent-line-surge-protector--3038 51?recordNum=2 the guy with the gurgler sez get the whistler, and the whistler owners are not all that impressed. I think you probably just need to get familiar with them.

It catches little dribbles if one is not too attentive to the gurgle. After tidying up, you remove he screw cap and put the dribbles into the fill. Works pretty well.
