Shower: Check the filter at the end of the drain hose. Could be hair or other stuff blocking the water flow. It doesn't take much to clog the hose.
Toilet: If you haven't serviced the toilet in awhile, it might just need an overhaul. If it's an old Jabsco toilet, replace the pump with a twist and lock pump. Otherwise, just get a service kit for your model toilet.
