Yah, my friend with the cottage north of Holland MI says it isn't that the lake is higher than it ever has been, this is just another incidence of it being high. He used to have a few hundred feet of sand between his cottage and water, not any more... but bought the land from some folks who lost their cottage on the last big peak.

All of the other Great Lakes broke record high levels last year.
