Does it agree with your binnacle compass?  :)

First, check the course setting on your chartplotter.  Is your chartplotter
heading set to magnetic?   If so, swing (calibrate) your fluxgate compass.
If that doesn't correct the problem, check the area around your fluxgate
for anything metal or electrical which may interfere with the reading.

If that doesn't solve the issue, set your chartplotter heading to true.
You'll still have the problem but you won't see it.  :)
