I was taking a shower in my marina's shore head a couple weeks ago. I touched the trim ring around the shower valve and felt a slight shock. After I finished, I got my multimeter and measured 7.5 VAC from the trim ring to the shower drain fitting.
The next day the harbormaster and I flipped breakers to determine the source. Surprisingly, it was not the hot water heater circuit. Electricity can be strange. Dennis C.
