We replaced ours, it was cast acrylic (plexiglass). I had to buy a 4 x 8 sheet (1/2"), bronze color. The plastic shop cut it to fit with exception of the curve at the cockpit end. I cut that myself with a circular saw followed by a sander, 40, 80, 120, 180 & 220 grit sandpapers to get the smooth rounded edge.Worked well for me.
