I purchased the 40 or so Build Files for the C&C 37/40 series from South Shore in January of last year (2018). He apparently sold me all he could find for the 37+, 37XL, 37R, 37/40 series at that time.
I didn't ask if they still had other Build Files for other boats. Ken H.
