Al, Actually it did come from “you”, you just didn’t personally send it. Your account has been compromised. Hopefully your system and other accounts haven’t been.
Run more than one virus/malware scanner on your computer(s) and make sure ALL your passwords are changed AFTER the scans. You don’t want to change the passwords while there is a key logger or other malware infecting your computer... But you probably already know that.
