This topic is about 2 years old. I finally got a chance to play with the polars for the 37+.
I use an Android app called SailGrib WR. It downloads grib files and then performs routing based on expected wind and boat performance. It requires the boat's polar data to be provided in order to be accurate. Some popular boats are already provided but the 37+ is not. I finally broke down and figured it all out. Once I made a .pol file, I was able to add it to the SailGrib folder and then have the app draw the polar graph. I took a screenshot and then overlayed the polar from the owner's manual. It seems like a pretty close match.
