I used PPG’s Concept on my deck and cabin top in 2005, used a very hard clear 
coat mixed with pearls over the painted smooth areas, and used a flattener 
mixed with colloidal silica for the non-skid  deck.

It is holding up famously.  As someone mentioned,  Imron, I think that is the 
gold standard. 

There is so much time and expense in prep and painting, I think anyone would be 
foolish to scrimp and not use the best paint available.

Great paint job. I had wondered in the past would car paint to the job? it last 
for decades without fading and can be spot fixed. Any thoughts?
