Don’t know about your specific mirror. On my boat, there is a framed mirror screwed into the bulkhead wall. I removed it from the wall by taking out the screws and took the framed mirror to a local glass shop. They removed the old mirror from the frame and replaced it. I then screwed the frame back in with the new mirror installed. Easy peezy.
