I can't speak to Adam's refit, but she sank at the dock at my home club (Bedford Basin Yacht Club), she was on the end of the marina in a big storm, a wave hit just wrong, mid finger cleat put a hole in the side.
We now have mandatory marina evacuation when the wind is > 40 knots, which people take seriously for some reason!
