The latest version of the Nicro / Marinco day/night solar vent works well.
Touche' has one in the head.  However, the vertical sides ware subject to
catching lines.  There was a discussion a few months ago about them.  If
you mount them in place of a dorade on the raised section and the edge of
the vent hangs over, there is a real potential for a line to catch it and
fling it overboard.

As for supplemental dehumidification, if you're on shore power, I highly
recommend a Caframo air dryer with fan.  West Marine sells it under the
West Marine brand (Model # 7867518).

I use one year round and add a second one in the fall/winter.  Keeps the
interior above the dew point and greatly reduces the potential for
condensation.

Caframo also sells a version without the fan for slightly less.
