Hello, Newby here with my first season with our C&C 30 MKII and it's been great but I need to start planning for haulout and off season jobs! The list is adding up quickly so suspect I will be returning here often.
Couple of questions for you if I may, I had a Survey done while purchasing and the boat came out fine aside from a few issues. One of these was some corrosion on the mast and the surveyor recommended adding zincs to the ballast keel as this would limit the corrosion which he suspected was galvanic. I had never heard of adding zincs to the keel, is that something done for these C&Cs?
