The center of the storm is tracking west along the coast near Myrtle Beach at a very slow 2 MPH. That’s perhaps 100 miles west of the light. The wind is still in the 50s in Wilmington, north of the light, and it is raining. Here in Washington, about 200 miles NE, the wind is still in the 20s with gusts in the 30s. Even if you could believe conditions are so benign out in the ocea, sunrise was around 1 ½ hours ago, so it should not be on camera now.
