Some people love 'em and some people hate' em but I love my vacu-flush. It will suck golf balls through 50 feet of garden hose and only use 1 pint of freshwater. The PO installed mine and raved about how great it is during the sale 6 years ago. I've only replaced a few parts as periodic maintenance to avoid catastrophic failure and that was about 4 years ago.
