It is a dieselised Mini engine, which was used in small tractors in the UK.
I found parts from a chap in Cheshire. Water pump, head gasket, glow plugs, valves. The clue was “MOWOG” on the intake manifold. Then I started searching. There is not a huge supply of parts out there, but enough for routine maintenance. If you throw a rod, buy a yanmar.
