Sure. I don’t trust ANY kind of non-marine gear to hold up in extreme circumstances. I would never ever want to be in position where a phone or tablet was my only way to navigate. That said, I have phone anyway to make phone calls and the iPad as an old one I got for free, so no reason not to have some fun with them ☺ Joe Coquina
