FYI  - Biobor kills algae, which is good if you don’t have any yet. If you have 
it already and it is sticking to the tank walls, once it dies it might get 
loose and clog your filters.
I wouldn’t try this with a modern diesel, but in really cold weather I added 
about ½ gallon of gasoline per tank to my old Mercedes 300D and it seemed to do 
the trick to prevent gelling. One of my friends for a joke dumped a bottle of 
scented lamp oil in the fuel. It failed, the car still was stinky as ever.

* trivia fact, turbine and diesel airplanes would have better range on diesel, 
but it will gel in the cold at high altitudes, so mostly they run on kerosene.
