I'm a Garhauer fan, too. Every piece of hardware on the 38 is Garhauer except the OEN backstay adjuster and the Harken rachet block on the furling line. On my 25, the OEM traveler is still there, but everything else is Garhauer.
I'm not so much afraid Garhauer will raise prices. I worry that all our good comments will alert more boaters to high quality, super customer service, and low prices and they won't be able to handle the resulting value when folks switch away from Harken and Lewmar.
