I know the boat. It was docked next to ours at our friends house/marina on Mill 
Creek when we kept “Ronin" in Annapolis. Joe is correct. Never used or cared 
for. I would on occasionally pull debris out of the cockpit drains to keep the 
water level from overflowing the hatch boards…
