You can buy strands of 110v LED Christmas lights (either all white or multi 
colored)  that would work with a small inverter given the very low current 
draw.   You may wind up paying $20 for a 50’ strand and another $50 for the 
light duty inverter if you only have 12v power on board..  Do you run your 
engine in a Venetian Night Boat parade?  If so, there’s your electrical source..

Otherwise, are you looking to upgrade your navigation lights to LED??  Not 
knowing what is involved in a Venetian night boat parade, I can’t really offer 
any other suggestions..
