I have similar organizers on my boat and the builder's log states they were made in the C&C metal shop. Note the bases are stainless and the cover is aluminum. The sheeves have a bronze sleeve. Mine were frozen when I bought the boat, but a simple take apart, clean and lube with oil freed them up and they stayed that way for 15 years now. Let me know if you find a source as I'd like to do the same.
