I managed to find a DIY solution to getting my keel bolts up to torque (>300 ft lbs) measured without spending a fortune (~$200) on a high end torque wrench. I found this handy torque measurement tool for $99 on Amazon and an mighty breaker bar:
Neiko 20743A 3/4" Digital Torque Adapter | 147 Foot/737 lb | Audible Alert <https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009GLITFW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1> TEKTON 15359 3/4-Inch Drive by 38-Inch Breaker Bar <https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OXUPHTW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1> These combine with an appropriate deep socket to give you a non-ratcheted torque solution. I picked up a 1 1/2 socket and 3/4 inch to 1/2 adaptor at O'Reilly auto for about $20. Hope this helps others out there. Gene "Hawk" C&C 29-2
