Not those particular units but I picked up a used Noland AM-43 multiplexer
last year off eBay for $125.  Works well to combine 2 GPS units, Nexus
instrument system and my Simrad WP30 wheelpilot.

There are a few used Raymarine multiplexers on eBay for just a few $$ more.
