I can't remember where I found all of my manuals but my parts manual is from boatdiesels.com. They wouldn't be exactly what you are looking for but here's the manuals for a 3HM and 3GM series engines. As I understand it the evolution of yanmar engines goes as follows. QM -> HM -> GM -> JH (I think) so these manuals may prove more useful than expected.

At least pull the decompression levers until the low oil pressure alarm clears. This will ensure oil fills the filter, gets to the bearings, and gets to the cylinder walls. Was the boat on the hard for 5 years or in the water?
