I used to race twice a week. The first 10 years or so that had the C&C27 I was pretty intense about the whole thing. Never missed a race, obsessing over the wetted surface, harder on my crew than I should have been, etc. Our club has pretty much gone to a one design (Soling) over the last 5 years although there is still a sparse PHRF fleet. I have been less interested partly because of that and partly for reasons unrelated to the club. I have a C&C36 project in Florida that has my attention for now.
