Joel — I replaced all my mast lighting this past winter with products from MarineBeam:

I pulled new 16AWG wire for everything to the bottom of the mast, then pulled a new common 12AWG ground from there to the panel, along with 16AWG runs for the hots. The new lights are far brighter than the old ones, and seem like they’ll do well in the weather.
