Looking at the numbers from SailboatData.com, the C&C25 is a faster boat, even though the Ballast/Displacement is higher, so she should theoretically be stiffer. There is no significant difference in the beam, so the C&C is "fatter" Perhaps because the C&C25 has a higher SA/D ratio she may seem more tender ? Ahmet Winthrop, MA "Tabasco" C&C 25
