Danny, The wheel pilot can handle my 35 in up to about 12 knots of wind. If you want it to steer while you raise the main or get a drink, it will do. If you want it on long trips, save your money.
Fred hooked me up with an EV200 to connect to an existing RAM on the Hylas. It steered for 900 miles through some nasty weather! I second Fred for tech support! He really knows what he is talking about. Don't save $50 dollars and lose out on his expertise!
