Paul, you don't have to go through all that stuff - that is what PHRF committees and other folks which rate boats do.
As your boat is "production" and many of those have been rated, all you have to do is fill out the PHRF form for your region and outline what has been done (if different than stock). Most PHRF regions assume you will have a symmetrical spinnaker, pole, folding or feathering prop, 155 or so % genoa. Some regions give credit for less - ie: 135% genoa or fixed prop. Just look up PHRF for your area and there should be a form available. Good luck.
