have you tried torquing the toe rail fastens...C&C puts lots of butyl in there when mine was built and a selective area re torquing stoped the leaks....I'll do the rest when I get up the spirit hits me or if a leak developes, also used Captain Tolleys creeping crack cure from the outside along the deck Dwight Veinot C&C 35 MKII, Alianna Head of St. Margaret's Bay, NS d.ve...@bellaliant.net
