Talk to a local sail maker who is familiar the sailing conditions. 120,
135, 145 are all reasonable. The larger the over lap the more work by the
grinder during tacks. The smaller the sail the less likely you will be
over powered when the wind pipes up.

Are you going to have a furler? Tuff luff? Hanks?

Are you planning on this being your primary sail, furled for stowage, and
only taking it down seasonally? Are you and your crew able bodied enough
to furle quickly should an emergent need to reduce sail area arise? Are
the prevailing winds during you trips and in your area between 5 and 15
kts? If all of these conditions and situations sound like you, then a 145
is probably a good choice for maximizing performance (speed). Otherwise
heavier weight should be placed on a smaller sail option.
