Recreational applications understandably are lower priority than
commercial applications. They usually stop processing recreational
applications when they are overloaded with other types. You should check
the wait times every week or so, because when they do decide to process
a batch of accumulated recreational applications your wait time may
suddenly become 2 weeks.

application. The page tells you what date they are currently
working upon.
