I put a spray of PB blaster on the treads. I did not have a torque wrench so I guestimated it. I had a 3 ft of a leverage, and I definitely did not push with 100lbs. I suspect I have 150-200 lbs-ft on it. I located one today, so I may redo it in a week or so with the square washers G10 etc. It is the very center bolt, so I am less worried to do it on the water. However, I will wait for spring time to do the others. Ahmet
